CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Javda Consultant at 1800-618-0057. We will attempt to make changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. Any Custom order in production cannot be canceled, if we have to do so there will be a Labor fee of $250. to cancel the order . We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.

[-] How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?
A Javda Representative will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you either via email or phone. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation from a Javda Representative, we may have already processed and/or shipped your order and are unable to cancel.
[-] What happens if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
[-] Why was my order canceled without my permission?
Javda reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible. Please note that some of the reasons your order may be canceled are:
• Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner.
• The item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
• Due to our Privacy Policy.
