If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Javda Consultant at 1(800)618-0057. We will attempt to make changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. You can't cancel a custom order once it's in production, and if you do, there's a $250 labor fee.
We can't cancel special orders or shipped orders. No changes or cancellations can be made.

- How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?
A Javda Representative will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt along with your order number. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you either via email or phone. If you don't get confirmation from Javda, your order might have already been sent to the shipping address. Therefore, you will not be able to cancel it.
For prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the original payment method within 30 business days.
- What happens if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
- Why was my order cancelled without my permission?
Javda reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible. Please note that some of the reasons your order may be cancelled are:
- Additional information or shipping information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner.
- The item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
- Because of our Privacy Policy.
